  • Our agents handle inbound calls, providing customer service and support for various products and services. Tasks may include answering inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders.

  • Earnings vary based on performance and hours worked. Our commission structure allows top performers to earn up to $20 per hour.

  • There are no fees to join our team but there is a $30 fee required to conduct your background check. You'll also need a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace. We provide all necessary software and training at no cost to you

  • You'll need:

    • A computer (desktop or laptop) with at least 8GB RAM and a modern processor

    • High-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload) through ethernet connectivity. Wireless computers are prohibited.

    • A noise-cancelling headset with microphone

    • A quiet, distraction-free workspace

  • While we embrace remote work, there may be some geographic restrictions due to client requirements and legal considerations. Currently, we're hiring in the United States.

  • You'll have access to team leaders for real-time support, regular performance reviews, ongoing training sessions, and a supportive community of fellow agents.

  • Our IBO model, comprehensive training, supportive community, and opportunities for growth make us unique. We're not just offering a job, but a pathway to building your own business within our established framework.

  • No prior experience is required but some experience preferred. We provide comprehensive training to all new agents, equipping you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.

  • We offer flexible scheduling options. You can choose from available shifts that fit your lifestyle, with options for part-time or full-time work. Some peak hours may be required to meet business needs.

  • : As an IBO (Independent Business Owner), you'll be an independent contractor. This gives you more flexibility and control over your work, but also means you're responsible for your own taxes and benefits.

  • Initial training typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on your pace and the products you'll be representing. Ongoing training and support are provided throughout your time with us.

  • Payments are made bi-weekly via direct deposit. Detailed earnings reports are provided with each payment.

  • We take data security seriously. Our systems use enterprise-grade encryption, and all agents undergo training in data protection protocols and must sign confidentiality agreements.
